Associate Professor Dr. Premraj Neupane has completed his PhD in Buddhism from Lumbini Buddhist University and working in Nepal Sanskrit University, Kathmandu. He has published several articles on Buddhism and other philosophies and presented papers in national and international conferences. Also, he is involved in different social organizations.

Rajendra Kumar Bhattarai

Rajendra Kumar Bhattarai, a scientist (agronomist) is currently working in agronomy division, NARC, Nepal and as a Adjunct Associate Professor in Faculty of Crop Science, HICAST, Kalanki, Kathmandu. He has completed Master of Science (M.Sc. Ag) with specialization in agronomy, 2002 from Central Agricultural University, Imphal, India.

Mr. Dipendra Kr. Bhatta is a graduate of B.COM (Honours) from Delhi University, India. He graduated in the year 1998 and then went to England for higher studies in Accounting & Finance. Thereafter, he worked in the UK for some years, before finally returning to his home country Nepal in the year 2006. Further to his return, he worked in some of the top corporate houses in Nepal and also started business ventures on his own. Besides pursuing his business endeavours, Mr. Bhatta is actively involved in Social Services. He has been associated with NeNAP since the year 2018.

Advocate Nikesh Kumar Lamsal is Founding Director at Chaitanya Legal Service and Research Center. Nepal. He holds BA LLB (Criminal Law) from Kathmandu School of Law and is pursuing LLM (Business and International Trade Law). Generally, he practices court-room litigation in the areas of criminal law, corporate law, family law, contractual disputes and public interest litigations. His core interest is in Medical and Healthcare laws. He is also a certified Mediator at Nepal Mediation Council.

He is serving as the Executive Committee Member at High Court Bar Association Patan; President at Dang Society; President at Pariwartanka Pailaharu, Nepal; Convener of Med Law Nexus, Nepal; President of Medical and Healthcare Lawyers' Forum, Nepal; Chief Executive Officer of Bhim Dharma Foundation and Vice President of Lions Club of Kathmandu Bishal Bazar. He is also the member of LAWASIA. He had served as Advisory Committee Member at Rapti Academy of Health Science (statutory body) and National Board Member of Nepalese Law Students' Association (NeLSA). He had served as Faculty at National College (a Kathmandu University affiliated college) and Coordinator of Law Department at Capital College & Research Center (a NEB affiliated high school). He frequently writes Op-ed articles in national daily newspapers, especially on socio-legal and political issues.

He has obtained Diploma in Economic, Social and Development Rights on Right Based Approach to International Cooperation in Post-disaster Reconstruction with special reference to South Asia from KSL. He has also completed two weeks long Human Rights Summer School on Human Rights and Displacement organized by Empowerment through Law of the Common People (ELCOP), Dhaka, Bangladesh and one week course on Comparative Constitutional Law Perspectives organized by NALSAR University of Law, Hyderabad, India. He has also participated Model United Nations organized by National University of Science and Technology (NUST), Islamabad, Pakistan. He has been presenting papers and participating various national and international seminars and conferences.

Rita Sharma is a social worker. She was very much involved in student organization (AVBP) from her high school time. She has accepted and took lot of responsibilities in college. She has motivated and engages lot of young (girls and boys) in youth development programs and social activities. She is Science graduate (Zoology). Rita was born in Imphal, March 1977. She is engaged with NeNap as a treasurer. She is also a successful wife and mother of two children.

Pravesh Acharya

Pravesh Acharya is a Certified Chartered Accountant currently based in Nepal. He has completed his Chartered Accountancy from Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, New Delhi in 2017. He has the wide range of expertise in the arena of Finance, Taxation, Foreign Direct Investment, Accountancy and Law. As an expert, he had served in Fiscal Budget and Commercial Law promulgation process in Finance Committee of Federal Parliament. He is serving as a consultant in the largest corporate houses, Government and Non Governmental Organizations. As an passionate advocate of Tax and Fiscal Justice, he is serving as national treasurer of Tax and Fiscal Justice Alliance Network. He is famous for his prowess in Tax Related Laws of both Nepal and India.

Bimal Subedi

Bimal Subedi is one of Nepal’s most prominent theatre artists, directors, art managers, and educators, with a career spanning over two decades. A specialist in theatre techniques, design, and direction, he is the only Nepali graduate of India’s prestigious National School of Drama (NSD). His work is recognized for its postmodern, experimental, and visually evocative storytelling, engaging audiences in deep introspection and cultural dialogue.

He has directed and designed numerous critically acclaimed productions, many of which have been staged at renowned international festivals, including Southbank Centre (London), Bharat Ranga Mahotsav (India), NAPA Festival (Pakistan), Festival Spots op West (Belgium), and ATEC International Theatre Festival (China). His collaboration with Shakespeare’s Globe Theatre (London) on Hamlet and his role as a lead moderator in the British Council’s South Asian Cross-Border Cultural Project (2017) highlight his global engagement.

Beyond theatre, Mr. Subedi has worked extensively in cultural exchange and film. He co-directed and designed the internationally awarded Nepali film "Dying Candle" and has collaborated with institutions like FTII (India), Central Drama Academy (China), and Goethe Institute (Germany) on art management and cultural initiatives. He has also mentored and taught at universities in Switzerland, the USA, and India, and served as a jury and advisor for Nepal’s International Theatre and Cultural Festival (2019).

As the Founder and Artistic Director of Theatre Village Nepal, he has played a crucial role in shaping Nepal’s contemporary theatre landscape. His contributions have been recognized with numerous national and international honors, including the OTG International Theatre Award (2016), Serendipity Art Grant (2019), International Heritage Award (2022, Malaysia), and the Most Creative Director Award (2023, Thailand). Recently, his production The Departed Dawn won three prestigious META Awards (India, 2023).

With his extensive global experience, innovative artistic vision, and dedication to cultural storytelling, Mr. Subedi continues to push the boundaries of theatre, bridging Nepalese and international performing arts.

Babu Raja Bajracharya

Babu Raja Bajracharya, Head of Operations in Ascent Consultancy Services, is a MBA-International Business, from Department of Commerce, University of Delhi and PG Diploma in International Trade Law from Indian Law Institute, Delhi. He has completed B.Com (Hons.) from Shri Ram College of Commerce, University of Delhi. He dedicated over 10 years of his professional career in banking. He is engaged in teaching International Business, Banking and Insurance for BBA and MBA students since last 10 years. He had worked in various roles at companies like Ernst & Young, NMB Bank and Nepal Bangladesh Bank Limited.

Mrs. Banskota is a graduate in Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Osmania University, Hyderabad, India. She was awarded with scholarship by Government of India under the "Silver Jubilee Scheme”. Mrs. Banskota has been associated with RBB Merchant Banking Ltd., A subsidiary company of Rastriya Banijya Bank Limited (RBBL) with 100 percent equity holding since August 2017. She brings in more than 8 years of experience in the stock market and capital market analysis. She has attended trainings on various sectors including technical analysis in share market, anti money laundering, compliance and employee disciplinary action. Currently Mrs. Banskota oversees all the activities of HR and Compliance Department at RBB Merchant Banking Ltd.

Mrs. Laxmi Poudel is graduate in Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Osmania University, Hyderabad. In the past she was engaged with World Organization of Students and Youth (WOSY) as a member representing Nepal. She has a banking experience of more than 10 years. Currently Mrs. Poudel is working in Nepal Investment Mega Bank Limited, Kathmandu.

Pankaj Karna

Er. Pankaj Karna is currently holding a position of Managing Director cum Hydrologist at Preesha Engineering Services Pvt. Ltd. in Kathmandu. Mr. Karna has completed his Post Graduate in Hydrology with Surface Water Management specialization from IIT Roorkee, India and Bachelor in Civil Engineering from Tribhuwan University. Mr. Karna has 15 years plus experiences in the field of Civil and Water Resources Engineering. He has worked in the various Road and Buildings Projects in Nepal and India funded by Japan International Co-operation Agency (JICA) and Asian Development Bank (ADB). Being a hydrologist, he is also skilled in analysis of catchment hydro-meteorology, design flood estimation, frequency of events, IDF-DDF curve preparation, flow duration with software packages like Auto CAD, HEC-RAS, SWAT, SWMM, ArcGIS, QGIS etc.

Mr. Arpan Paudel

Mr. Arpan Paudel is a seasoned professional with over 18 years of experience in Banking and Educational Sector of Nepal. As the Department-Head and Faculties of different Banks and Universities (TU, KU and PU) of Nepal, he spearheads strategic planning, business growth, operational excellence, etc, driving the organization towards sustainable growth and innovation.

He holds a Master of Business Studies (MBS) Degree and has an extensive background in banking, mentorship, corporate leadership, training/orientation, professional writing etc. Pior to joining Kumari Bank Ltd, he held key leadership roles at NCC Bank and Sanima Bank.

Mr. Paudel is passionate about fostering financial workmanship, team collaboration, promoting sustainability, advancing personal skills etc. In addition to professional commitments, Mr. Paudel is actively involved in different philanthropic activities, industry forums, research work, community and professional trainings. His opinion and article are also taking notable spaces in national prestigious magazine, journals & newspapers.

Sagar Shrestha, currently working as Assistant Professor in Mid-Western University has pursued Master’s Degree from Indian Institute of Technology, Roorkee [2016], Alternate Hydro Energy Centre [AHEC] Hydropower. Mr. Shrestha has also served as Vice Principal and Assistant Professor in Universal Engineering & Science College. Furthermore, he is executive member of Nepal Engineers’ Association. Now he is a Principal of Janakpur Engineering College, Kupandol, Kathmandu.

Hom Bahadur Shakya

Hom Bahadur is the Chairman of Himal Danphe Logistic Pvt. Ltd. and Aarohan Construction Pvt. Ltd. He is also a founding member and lifetime advisor of Kali-Gandai Foundation Nepal. From early age, Mr. Shakya has been engaged in various businesses and has long experience of operating and executing business decisions. Keeping social responsibility and adhering to the business ethics he has been contributing frequently to the society. Having successfully established entrepreneur Mr. Shakya has been at the core of building a reliable team.

Mr. Tirth Raj Aryal is a Chartered Accountant from New Delhi, India, currently working in Nepal as a consultant. He specializes in Risk Advisory, Finance, Taxation, and Information Systems Audit. Beyond his professional commitments, he has been actively involved in various social initiatives both while being in India and Nepal.

Dr. Rajeshwor Singh

Dr. Singh is a distinguished Governance and Innovation Policy specialist whose work integrates technological innovation with deep socio-political expertise. He doesn't just understand systems—he rewires them for greater impact.

He holds an M.Phil./Ph.D. in Law and Governance from Jawaharlal Nehru University (JNU) in New Delhi, where his research focused on federalism, ethnicity, and development in Nepal. Complementing his expertise in public policy, Dr. Singh also brings a strong technical background with a Master’s in Public Administration (e-Policy and e-Government) from SungKyunKwan University, South Korea, and a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering.

His professional experience spans both technical implementation and policy design. He served for a decade as a Computer Engineer at Nepal’s National Information Technology Center (NITC), where he contributed to foundational projects such as the Government Integrated Data Center (GIDC). He has since transitioned into a role as a Policy Planning Expert, applying his multidisciplinary insight to tackle complex challenges in governance and development.

An accomplished academic, Dr. Singh is a frequent presenter at international conferences across Europe and Asia, offering insights on topics ranging from disaster governance and ethnic politics to the societal role of technology. His work has been published in numerous academic journals and conference proceedings.

Dr. Singh is a recipient of several prestigious fellowships, including the Silver Jubilee Scholarship from the Indian Council for Cultural Relations (ICCR), the Golden Jubilee Scholarship from the Government of India, and the KOICA Fellowship from the Republic of South Korea. He is also the Founding Chairperson of Sushasan Pathshala (Governance Innovation Lab), reflecting his commitment to advancing innovation in public administration and governance. Dr. Singh brings a wealth of knowledge, a distinctive perspective, and a profound dedication to effective governance to the organization.
